Dancing and Great Gran

This weekend was Faith's dance recital. She had 2 dances - Ballet and Acro - which we did record on video but they are too long to put on the blog. Believe me when I write that she was the most talented beautiful dancer up there (not that I am biased!) We did however capture a rare moment of Faith dancing with her Great Gran in the parking lot on the way home. I think Great Gran missed her calling!!!

No More Training Wheels!!!

I took Gabe's training wheels off his bike yesterday on a whim and he had a complete meltdown and begged me and his Dad to put them back on (of course we denied this request). Today he decided he was brave enough to try again and after a few trips up and down the street he was a pro! He then decided that he was ready for "tricks" (demonstrating a popawheely while he was telling me this) and I asked him very nicely to perhaps leave the tricks until tomorrow.
